Irene spent 15 years as a multimedia producer in London directing interactive documentaries and training programmes before joining Microsoft in Dublin to work on MSN, and then returning to London in 1998 to join Wolff Olins as interactive brand consultant .
Since 2002 Irene has worked as an organisational development consultant creating online induction programmes for Volvo, Reed Elsevier and L’Oreal as an associate with LINE Communications, as well as designing and delivering Change programmes for Novartis, IKEA, The Body Shop, Ford, BP, and Jaguar.
Irene brings a highly visual and creative way of working to bear on her consulting and facilitation practices. She is skilled in helping teams and their leaders surface deeply held assumptions as well as tacit knowledge, challenging conventional and mainstream thinking, in order to stimulate new and better ways of working.
Irene has an MSc in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School, a Diploma in Organisational Gestalt from Metanoia, and is experienced in the practice of Organisational Constellation work. She holds a teaching qualification (HDip in Education) from Trinity College Dublin, and has a BA (hons) in Political Science and German from University College Dublin.
