Margaret Bishop – Director

Margaret BishopMargaret started her career running employment projects for young people in London. Her corporate roles include HR Director with the London Chamber of Commerce, Director of a training company and Global Change Programme Consultant with Thomson Reuters.

Margaret has worked as an organisational consultant and executive coach since 1999 and has worked with a wide range of clients including Nokia, The Body Shop, L’Oreal, Bank of New York Mellon, the Saudi Capital Markets Authority, Threadneedle, the NHS, DWP and Age Concern.

Her main interest is in facilitating change through increasing people’s awareness of their personal impact on others, developing effective feedback and communication, challenging unquestioned ways of behaving and connecting people across boundaries to generate genuinely new patterns of thinking and action.

Margaret has an MSc in Organisational Consulting from Ashridge Business School and is currently working on her Doctorate in the same field. She has an MBA and teaches on the MBA Programme at Cass Business School where she is a visiting fellow. She is also qualified with the British Psychological Society in psychometric testing.
